Yoga

Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is what you learn on the way down.

Jigar Gor

For years, I was squelched by fear. Of failure. Of not being good enough. Of not making enough money. The list goes on.

Then I started practicing yoga and became a teacher. Daily practice taught me to be kinder to myself and say “Who the eff cares if I fail anyway?”

Yoga also helped me to anchor into my body and away from the thoughts of my runaway mind—which has been a huge source of release and relief. That’s why I teach and lead retreats for women—to help you do the same.

The yoga I teach moves slowly, is meditative, uses energetic breath work, and is hatha-based with a sprinkle of kundalini. My goal is that you leave my classes feeling more present, more accepting of yourself, more rooted in your body … and more loving to the person who needs to be first on your list: YOU.
